Exchange and Return Policy
Items that have been tie-dyed by hand: All sales are final.
Due to the customized nature of Sad Sad Club products, a refund is not possible.
If the fault lies with us, we will investigate the matter and proceed accordingly.
All of Sad Sad Club's products go through quality testing before being packed and shipped.
Please double check you have selected the correct size. Also, make sure your shipping address has been filled incorrectly.
Sale Items (if applicable)
All sales are final. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
We offer size exchanges for our non-tie-dyed items within 14 days. The product must be unwashed and unworn. Sad Sad Club reserves all rights to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of visible wear/damage.
If the product you purchased is damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at email@example.com (Including your full name, phone number, and order number) to receive a full refund.
